Su Liupeng was a native of Shunde, Guangdong, and a painter during the Qing dynasty. Together with Su Renshan, he was known as one of the "Two Sus of Lingnan Painting." Su Liupeng excelled at painting scenes of everyday life, depicting the daily activities of common people during the mid-Qing period. His painting style followed the traditions of the Song and Yuan dynasties and was influenced by the Min school painters Shangguan Zhou and Huang Shen, particularly excelling in fine brushwork.
