Manchu people. Ming Jing graduated from the decorates the department in Tianjin Fine Arts Academy in 1983, in the same year started to study the oil paintings independently, and incumbent Hebei University art academy professor. He participated in many important contemporary fine arts display for several times, like the Chinese oil painting biannual exhibition, the Chinese art exhibition, the contemporary oil painting exhibition, and the China contemporary calligraphy art exhibition in Hong Kong, his works are collected by National Art Museum China and the San Museum Taiwan. His work "Flying" had won the award from "Towards a New Century-Young Chinese Artists Oil Painting Exhibition" in 1997.
