Susanne Kühn born 1969 in Leipzig, Germany. Lives and works in Freiburg i. B. and Nürnberg, Germany. After studying at the Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig (HGB) in Germany (1990–1995), she completed postgraduate studies at the School of Visual Arts and Hunter College (1995–1996). And she was awarded a Radcliffe Fellowship from the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study, Harvard University. Since 2002, Since 2015 she is a professor of painting at the Academy of Fine Arts Nuremberg. Works by Susanne Kühn can be found in important collections in Germany and abroad, such as the Museum für Neue Kunst in Freiburg, the Schwartz Art Collection of Harvard University, the UBS Art Collection, and the Deutsche Bundesbank Collection.
