+ OVERVIEW
This brush washer is carved out of an immense white jade. It has a form of naturally curled lotus leaf with wide-spread veins in the interior. A naturally curled stem entangled at the bottom forming a base. The work is accurately carved in detail to portray its freshness. In the form of a group with flower, leaf and stem, it carries another meaning of ‘a honourable life away from bribery', which suggests the personality of the owner.
